Robert Dietrich, C.P.A.; Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Dietrich is a director of Dalrada Corporation and served as its Chief Accounting Officer and President of three of its subsidiaries from October, 2001 until October, 2002. Prior to 2000, Mr. Dietrich served as President/CEO and Director of Semper Resources Corporation and CyberAir Communications, Inc. His background includes more than fifteen years in senior management roles and thirteen years with Big 5 and regional CPA firms. He is a CPA with a BBA from Notre Dame University and an MBA from University of Detroit.
Rowan Chlebowski, M.D., Ph.D.
Dr. Chlebowski is the Chief of Oncology/Hematology at the University of California at Los Angeles. His research focuses on women's health, breast cancer and prostate cancer, especially on hormonal mediation of cancer and cancer prevention. Dr. Chlebowski is the principal investigator of the landmark Women’s Intervention Nutrition Study (WINS) that he presented at ASCO and later on The Today Show. Perhaps his most public role is as the key oncology investigator in the massive Women’s Health Initiative (WHI) trials.
Dr. Chlebowski has published hundreds of articles and is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Association for Cancer Research, the American Society for Clinical Trials, the International Association of Breast Cancer Research, the American Society of Preventive Oncology and the American Society for Clinical Nutrition. He has been selected based on nationwide votes by his physician peers as the Castle Connoly Guide’s Top Doctor in Medical Oncology every year since 2001.
Carmia Borek, Ph.D.
Dr. Borek is an internationally recognized research leader, educator and business consultant. She has served as a member of standing advisory committees at the National Cancer Institute, the National Institute of Aging, the National Institutes of Health, the National Academy of Sciences and the Department of Energy. She has served as a consultant to the United States Army, UNESCO, TGA (the Australian Food and Drug Administration), the South Africa Medical Council and the Italian Medical Council. Dr. Borek has appeared as an expert witness before the Unites States Senate, and she has authored over 200 original published articles.
Dr. Borek participates on numerous review committees including the National Cancer Institute, the National Institute of Aging, the National Academy of Sciences, the United States Department of Energy, the Environmental Protection Agency, the American Association for the Advancement of Science, UNESCO, the International Association for Vitamin and Nutrition Oncology and the America Institute for Cancer Research. Dr. Borek is currently a professor at the Department of Public Health and Family Medicine at Tufts University School of Medicine.
James McNamara, Ph.D.
Dr. McNamara is the Executive Director of the Office of Technology Management at the University of Massachusetts Medical School where he is responsible for all of the School’s intellectual property management. Prior to returning to his native Massachusetts, Dr. McNamara spent eighteen years at the Stanford Research Institute, serving as a Senior Director of the Biociences Division. Dr. McNamara is familiar with all stages of pharmaceutical development, and he has specific expertise in licensing and FDA regulatory processes. Dr. McNamara has been directly involved, either as a scientist or business development professional, in advancing four drugs into the clinic.
James Miller, Ph.D.
Dr. Miller is a Professor Emeritus at the University of California (UCLA) School of Medicine in Los Angeles . He earned his Bachelors of Science from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy; a Bachelors of Arts in bacteriology; a Master's in microbiology; and a PhD in infectious diseases - all from UCLA. He has about 150 published articles, book chapters, manuals and reviews to his credit.
Dr. Miller's career spans several decades and around the world, including presentations, research, meeting chairmanships, and visiting professorships at the: University of Texas, University of North Carolina School of Medicine, University of Arkansas School of Medicine, National Institutes of Health (Netherlands), World Health Organization, Oxford University (England), Congress of Immunology (Italy, and Australia), Polish Academy of Sciences, University of Vienna (Austria), University of Munich (Germany), and Alfred Fournier Institute (France).
Miller has been a member of the NIH Bacteriology and Mycology Study Section and various other NIH study groups. His awards include the Thomas Parran Award presented by the American Venereal Disease Association for his "lifetime contributions to treponemal research and contributions" and dedication of numerous publications. He has received a wide variety of awards from his students for his teaching excellence. He has also received the Award of Excellence and Innovation in Teaching presented by the UCLA School of Medicine.
He is a member of the American Society for Microbiology, American Venereal Disease Association (past President), American Association of Immunologists, and the International Union against Venereal Diseases and Treponematoses, and is an honorary member of the Polish National Dermatological Society. Dr. Miller is a reviewer for several distinguished journals including the Journal of Clinical Microbiology , Infection and Immunity , the Journal of Immunology , and the Journal of Clinical Investigation."
